Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1861, all litigants "have the right to grand and petit jurors selected at random from a fair cross section of the community."
There is no more valuable service that a citizen can perform in support of our democratic Government than the good faith performance of jury duty. By serving jury duty, a citizen becomes involved in the administration of justice.
