Due to the ongoing lapse in appropriations and corresponding effect on court operations, the Court will have limited services on Friday, November 14, 2025, and Friday, November 21, 2025. Certain proceedings may continue as scheduled; others may be postponed. All public intake counters will be closed during this time. The Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system will remain available, and the drop box at the Worth Street entrance to the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse will remain accessible.
